Terms of hire for Ambassador Hire

Our current fleet of vehicles are the new shape Mercedes Benz E class under 3 years of age, they can be viewed in our Wedding Gallery

All of our vehicles carry extensive private hire insurance and public liability cover
All of our vehicles are cleaned extensively inside and out and will have wedding ribbons with your choice of colour
Our chauffeurs are reliable, professional, prompt, courteous and
CRB tested
We will travel the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer
Your chauffeur will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits
We do not accept reliability for any loss or damage to personal property
All of our vehicles are non-smoking, and we do not have a licence to serve alcohol

Bookings for wedding car are ONLY confirmed upon completion of a Wedding Booking form with valid contact Tel and email address

Our prices are not subject to VAT
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge
The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Ambassador Chauffeur
We require a deposit of £50 per car which is non-refundable in the event of a booking cancellation
The balance of the wedding car/s is to be paid in full 1 month prior to your wedding date
